My Indian coworker gave me chicken biryani I'll eat for dinner just now. I tried some and oh my God, it's so good, maybe the best biryani I ever had. This is the epitome of a spiced dish, and not just because it's burning my mouth. She left cardamom seeds, cloves, and cinnamon sticks in the rice. It just meshes perfectly together.
