Day 22: I heard most resolutions fail by today. I am using an app to keep track of my weight. According to trend values, I have lost six pounds. According to absolute values, which is what most people use when discussing weight loss, I lost ten pounds. I'm not on Ozempic or anything; it's just old-fashioned calorie restriction and exercise.
