in the case of blaming the director, with the above case I mentioned about Star Wars. Rian Johnson I would blame, considering he threw out the original script cause he wanted to do his own version. I understand Directors wanting to add their flavor to the recipe, but he turned the whole goddamn thing on its head.

Who really cares about Adult Swim and the things they decide to do or say? I haven't watched them in well over 2 years and I have no plans on ever doing so again. That said, I don't watch cable tv or have subscriptions to any kind of tv service. I get my entertainment fix through youtube, the kissanime/cartoon sites, and thepiratebay.

i think the problem was around 1am, i was trying to sleep and i think i was right on the edge but came out of it and because of that I'm unable to sleep now. It also being a case where I can't get comfortable. my bed doesn't feel comfortable, if i use one blanket I'm too cold but if I use the 2nd one then I'm too hot. and when that's not the issue it feels too difficult to breath out of my nose, and if not that then it feels too dry in my mouth. what i'm most likely gonna do is shower sometime after 6 even though i already did sometime after 11, and go to work at 7, them being flexible about that. I'll try to get past the halfway point at least and if I feel like I'm about to pass out I'll take a halfday

You're supposed to be up and at work in 3 hours but haven't slept at all, and for the love of god am completely unable to, and you also have a very important interview in 3 hours but haven't slept at all, and for the love of god am completely unable to. like jesus christ man. it's 5:15AM, and work starts at 8, and 15 minutes into it I have an interview there. normally we don't work until after 2pm, but cause of thanksgiving we're allowed to work days tomorrow. We were told that if we wanted to we could work our normal shift, but considering I have an interview in the morning that isn't really an option. best course of action for me is to come in early, some of my guys were planning on doing 7-3:30 instead, but i chose the 8 since i wanted more time to sleep, but I failed that part so I'll just start at 7. i really hate going into a day without sleeping at all the night before...

Don't mind me, just trying to start a religion.

Fuck it, if you're gonna start a religion can I be the one that starts a crusade, spreading your religion, killing all the infidels and retaking the holy land? -
My first job after high school back in 2012 was being a cart pusher at a walmart, my first day being thanksgiving, that being when retail stores began starting BF sales on thanksgiving, I remember them having us inside as well to help move pallets and shit around, I think the sales didn't begin until 8pm, and the very second they announced the sale began I could legit see at least a hundred people minimum just running through the doors and aisles like a stampede of animals, tearing at pallets of goods to grab whatever they could get their hands on. The true American experience.

I don't believe in the paranormal or anything like that.

There's this one guy I work with, who's just as big of a bible thumper as humanly possible. The guy lets the bible dictate EVERYTHING about his life, and also uses it to decide on what's real. A major quote of his being things along the lines of "because that's what the bible says" or "the bible doesn't say anything about that". Like, one time I was telling him some random story about someone I know who co-signed for a car and made all the payments while the other person didn't and ended up taking the car from the person that did, my guy then went on about "that's the thing, you should never co-sign. Even if you were my son I wouldn't co-sign for you ____" and then he was all "do you know why? cause the bible says you should never co-sign", that being random as fuck. When it comes to ghosts, I remember one time telling him about a haunting that I saw on tv, and he went on about "I don't believe in ghosts" and how "the bible doesn't say anything about that" even though there's the holy spirit, which used to be referred to as the holy ghost. And of course when it comes to things like aliens and dinosaurs they don't exist either, cause the bible says nothing of them. Like there was a time over a year ago where one of my other guys was sitting in the room, and that Jurassic World movie was brought up, and my bible thumper coworker was all "you know, I don't believe in dinosaurs" my other guy was just all "there's thousands of fossils out there" to which he was all "yeah, but that could be any animal", my other guy said a few other things about dinosaurs being real, to which mr christ was all "I mean seriously, Carbon dating? Who comes up with this stuff," and then uses the whole infamous line of "the world is only 3000 years old". People are free to believe in whatever, but anyone that tries to say dinosaurs weren't real and that the world is only 3000-5000 years old gets an immediate nope from me. -
I want to do the 23andme thing at some point, at the same time though I worry about finding out that I'm prone to something bad. I mean, technically it'd be good to know since I could take measures to avoid it, at the same time though I know how my mind works, and I'd be more worried about my mind making me think I'm experiencing it due to obsessive thinking about it. I don't know any medical shit on my mom's side since she was adopted, but when it comes to my dad's side. My grandpa has it pretty damn bad, he has Parkinson's and diabetes, and possibly Alzheimer's. For many years now we've been told that he has Alzheimer's, though we're starting to doubt that one, cause it's been around a decade at least since we heard he had it, and Alzheimer's is the kind of thing that's supposed to get worse as time goes on, and yet he's still able to drive, and I only see him a couple times a year at best, but he still recognizes me and knows who I am. That said though, his wife my grandma is the type of old lady nobody wants to be around cause she guilt talks and tries to manipulate you all the time, and is very petty, also really racist even by my standards. She's the kind of old lady that's been saying that she's dying, her saying that for like the past 10 years. So for all we know her saying he has Alzheimer's could just be bs. I've talked to people I work with and one of the teachers here at my school was telling me about a relative of hers that had Parkinson's, and she told me it could be the medication for diabetes and Parkinson's that's having an effect that makes it seem like he has Alzheimer's. I'm most worried about the Parkinson's part, I've always had shaky hands, that being a pretty common thing from what I hear, but for the past year it's been standing out more. The only medical thing I know about my grandma is apparently bad teeth run in her family. Her, my dad, and my sis all have dentures / implants. For me though I don't smoke or drink, which I think definitely goes a long way. I still have all mine and aside from some cavities there's nothing serious going on.

I watch very few new anime each year. Aside from new seasons of MHA, I only watch 2 new series, maybe 3 in a year, and even then it's typically not anime that came out in the same year, just shit from some years back that I still haven't gotten around to.

What is Toonami? Is it good?

I mean, working in places like schools and hospitals, you'll hear and see some freaky shit that can't be explained. When it comes to the schools in my district, I legit think at least half of them are haunted. One of our grade schools is barely 10 feet away from a small graveyard, and the guys that have worked evenings at that one hear and see unexplainable shit frequently. Like one night out of nowhere they could hear kids laughing and playing around in the gym room, but when they went there it was completely empty. At another school, there's a really small second floor area that's only like 1 or 2 rooms, but people have heard noises being made up there late into the day, but there's no one around. Hell, when I was 9 or 10 I lived next to this one house, the neighbor kid was one of my best friends, and his parents told me their house was haunted. The first night I stayed over there, I could hear things being moved around downstairs. The way his house was, all the bedrooms were upstairs, and when it came to his room, his was technically an open room that's next to the stairs, them using it as a third bedroom, so if anyone went downstairs we'd have seen them walking through.
