Yep, this was the Con that George had actually confirmed to attend but then cancelled only a couple of weeks ago.  It was hoped that since he was feeling well enough to start scheduling for Cons again, that maybe this cancellation was just him having to be cautious and that he'd be looking at something closer to where he lives this year so he'd still be getting out.
