Even without Cuomo there are three candidates to split the anti-mamdani vote, so they'd still have to all agree to consolidate under one guy.

Cuomo isn’t dropping out(as of 6 hrs ago) probably because only 13% of eligible nyc voters voted in the primary although I did read an article claiming 30%
