What if?!?!

The reason fat people die much earlier than skinny people is because god is a goddamn cannibal and once we are fattened enough, he's all like " well, this piggy is done!" Now I know what you're thinking "Tricolor, are you off your meds?" Yes, yes I am. They make me feel flavors and taste sounds.

Yo so I've been like 10-15 pounds overweight. So I quit drinking soda in August and lost no sugar weight over the following few months, and then I fell off the wagon on Thanksgiving and (not that I'm a heavy consumer of it now) I've gained another five-ish pounds.

I think the cannibal is just pushing me forward regardless.

One time in my early days of college, I gave up soda for the sake of my teeth (I was already rather skinny), and I ended up quickly losing 6 pounds, while losing weight was not even my intent.

Obese people have a much higher chance of death from complications of heart disease. Though heart disease itself is not limited to people who are obese, and maintains its place as the number one killer of people in the developed world.

Thats what big god wants you to believe. I was smashing a heart with a Hammer once, and it just wouldnt stop beating. Them shits is hard to stop. Like  a freight train or a pedophile at a church picnic.

Intermittent fasting works well for me if I need to cut weight fast. Long term it works well with discipline. I used this method extensively when I wrestled in high school and after as I got older and became a fat man at times over the years.

I have never been good at diets because I like to eat what I want and I am less likely to follow a lot of rules haha but I found that a keto diet works well for cutting fat as it is designed to trick your body back into burning fats before sugars.

But again, both of these methods require lots of discipline, yet I find them to be the easiest for obtaining short and long term results!

You would be surprised to know how a body can live for a period with a failed heart given the proper apparatus and procedure.

But regardless of fringe cases of heart failure, you would also be surprised by the number of healthy people that die from complications of heart disease. Complications is the key word here because heart disease does not just mean a heart attack. It can also take years and years and may seemingly come at random.

If you were to hit a heart with a hammer though you could cause cardiac laceration and essential bleed out in seconds or minutes without immediate treatment haha
