NaBarney Posted March 20, 2017 Share Posted March 20, 2017 Rarely more than 6 hours consecutively unless it's my once a week crash day when I'll get a straight 8. Most days I sleep 4-5 hours, wake up for awhile, then take a nap. Don't really sleep at any consistently regular time of day, but I get more sleep during the daylight than at night and am usually awake to see midnight, tho sometimes I'll sleep from like 10pm-2am. Something changed a year or so ago - I'm out within 15 min of my head hitting the pillow (between 8:30 & 10pm depending on the kind of day I've had), but after midnight I wake up every hour briefly, until I get up at 4am.
