But really, I was asking why Miami "makes" you wanna do cocaine....I wanted to do it because I couldn't find any weed and i liked being fucked up....I was nowhere near Florida. But ultimately, this has turned into a joke, that I trid to make a bigger joke, and now, for whatever reason, we are actually discussing the effectiveness of location as a catalyst to drug abuse. 1

But there are other places known for other things that don't spawn the same stories I've heard about miami and cocaine I'm not talking about myself, I've never been to miami...I've just come across more stories than I could possibly deem coincidental of people going there and suddenly developing a need for a deviated septum.... 1

South Beach gives you the most coked-out feeling with the aging Art Deco architecture and the tourist trap atmosphere. Everywhere else has a marginal coke atmosphere, but that’s because the parts of the city that haven’t been preserved in the 80’s are high rises, tax havens, and weird gentrified parts of the city. But the most cocaine-fueled thing about Miami is i95. Towering overpasses, bob-and-weave traffic with not a turn signal in sight, and drivers that live their life like they’re in a Fast & Furious film and need to get to MIA before a deadline set by Jason Statham runs out. 1
