Universal Studios found a way to hold a live Halloween performance with COVID-19 guidelines and so far no reports of positive cases from that place.

In These Difficult TimesTM it is important to remember that nothing is legally stopping us from just buying the candy.

I've been an adult for quite some time i celebrate by passing out candy

Get candy in packets.

Disinfect packets.

Get easily-cleaned surface/bowl/compartments/etc to hold the candy.

Clean that too.

Fill with the candy.

Make sign that says "Only touch what you will get."

Place outdoors near home.

Place sign next to it.

Go away.

Watch trick or treaters get the candy.

Go back now and then alone to disinfect the surface again.

Repeat.

I like the candy chute.  I don’t get a lot of ToTs anyway, I’m not in a good location for it. Usually end up eating 2 5lbs bags of candy, and I get the good shit too. Not that bullshit candy no sane child will eat.

I was planning on just throwing the candy at the kids from a distance.  If it takes out an eye, oh well, next Halloween they’ll be a pirate 💩
