day out of 30 of my extended water fast. Just drinking electrolytes, plain tea, and coffee. 

In 20 days i have lost 36 pounds.

I did a 30 day fast last year, but couldn’t get pass 72 hours this year until i kept starting over. Building my fasting muscle. Very proud of myself. 10 days left.

I feel amazing.

Anything you guys have been doing to push yourself?

It's alright...if there's a fasting muscle, there's a disappointment muscle.......and mine is on steroids

Yeah, I'm just gonna call bullshit on all of this.

What you're doing is unhealthy and you're probably doing more harm to your body than good. 

Burn 2400 calories a day through basic metabolism, a single pound of body fat contains roughly 3550 calories.

48,000 calories over 20 days comes out to about 13.5 pounds of body fat. 

You claim to have lost nearly 300% of that. 

You are likely losing muscle mass as well, considering you're not supplementing any protein into your diet.

.5 of body fat a day. Anything other is water weight and waste and i have not lost any muscle. All together i have lost 36 pounds. I expect 30% to return upon refeed depending on what i eat. People like you should really do research.

When your body enters ketosis it uses fat storages as fuel. Not your muscles. If you’d like to read, try anything by Dr. Fung.

I’ve been fasting while working a very active job and feel amazing. Only thing i can complain about is keto rash.

That makes me sad. 🙁Oh well, if you want your boobs smaller, which I know you do, weight loss would probably be better than a plastic surgeon. It honestly seems like plastic surgeons who do breast implants and / or breast reductions don't even like boobs because they always look completely grotesque when they're done with them. Even if they're at a good (or even great) size, they still always completely botch the shape, including with reductions.

My boobs are still gigantic and so are my thighs. I like that my waist is smaller though.

Well i haven't eaten all day. Just ordered an acai bowl (gotta eat to take my meds)

I think i can do the all day and just eat for meds fast 

Gonna drink water and green tea thru out the day...i need the fat burning high euphoria too...been really down lately..eating and gaining weight
