A car with a fob won’t go more than 15-20 feet without the fob, but there could be a way around that. I don’t know

There is a way around that.

For every electronic measure, there's a counter-measure.  The trick is to stay one step ahead.

It would have to be a car worth stealing cuz the process doesn’t sound that easy.

I really wish people like you would kick this soap box from under her.....This is probably more retarded than her asking why she doesn't have a dude that wants her.

No one is going to steal that 5 year old Nissan and if this is about another car, she doesn't actually give a fuck.

The best kill switch is a dead tune. It cuts off injector pulse and the crank sensor. They can hot wire it all they want and it'll never start.

But I mean who is gonna steal a 10 year old Mazda CX-5 anyway

Sometimes people steal things simply because they don't want you to have it.

My Mustang has a dead tune setting. No fuel pump, no injector pulse, and the TFI module in the distributor is disabled. It's an OBD-1 car so no cam or crank sensor.

But in any Ford product after like 1985, there is a hidden inertia switch that cuts off the fuel pump in case of an accident. Just find it and pop it. Most car thieves would never suspect it.

I found out accidentally my cruiser had a kill switch installed on my fuel pump

Ended up paying 1k for parts I didnt need because they hit the kill switch
