fuggstop Posted April 21, 2019 Posted April 21, 2019 I get holiday pay but after every holiday my manager forces us to work overtime the 1st day back and i fucking hate that shit. A lot of people just walk out their normally scheduled time and nothing happens to them.

All we do is Thanksgiving and hardly anyone stops by.

As I have gotten older, they just don't mean as much to me anymore. Lot of cooking and cleaning up afterwards. Just so people can eat. And then a ton of leftovers. Turns out, I only needed to buy 1/4 of what I bought. No one was really feeling it this year. Glad it's over. Plus, I'm fucking sick....again. My goddamn throat isn't going to leave me alone until I develop cancer and die.
