Yeah, I don't believe for a second he is making 95k.

Not that I care, because this is all irrelevant to me.

But I will entertain this thought, your brother is making close to a hundred grand a year, teaching construction at the local technical college, while you are a janitor at a casino. I wonder if he posted how proud he is of his younger brother who is cleaning up after drunk gamblers.

Did I say he is teaching construction?

No.

It’s all these little facts you withhold so you don’t fuck up your lie later when you can’t remember what you wrote.

I'm not witholding anything, just correcting all the false assumptions you make because you are either lazy or functionally illiterate.

Because indeed is a shit website.

Also still a lie.

Honestly, nobody here gives a fuck about you, your brother or some made up job.

Go clean a toilet or something.

Okay... I prove you wrong and then you attack the web source.

So, I guess every family owned business that isn't a multinational corporation isn't legitimate.

Your brother isn't knocking back 95k working for a family business, without a fucking hr department.

They're not paying that kind of money, and not having a Human Resources department.

That's like saying the NYPD doesn't have an Internal Affairs department.

This is stupid. I don't care what your brother does. I don't care what you do.

Property Partners LLC didn't have an HR department either.

He still won't sneeze at the $95k a year, no matter which title the business owner gave him.

this is a lie.

No, blame that on a nation wide curriculum that includes bullshit like, "Heather Has Two Mommies".

this is a fucking stupid statement.

So, why is the title listed so many times on Indeed.com?

https://www.indeed.com/m/jobs?q=Construction+Coordinator

and this was actually you looking for a job. or a stupid topic to start. but it got out hand, didn't it?

suddenly you throw your brother in the mix; which, in a few days, we'll get the topic that

your brother thought it would be cool to pay off your house, that's in his name.

so...'indeed' isn't looking for anyone in the custodial arts department?

bummer.

No, the house title, mortgage, property taxes and HOA fees are all legally in my name.  He just pays them.

Lol.  They're not called that anywhere except at clown colleges.  And your brother isn't qualified to be a construction manager.

I gave you two reliable sources that say otherwise.  Want a third?

https://www.payscale.com/research/US/Job=Construction_Coordinator/Salary

And yes, his prior experience in the field, including drafting the contracts make him much more than qualified.

He knows about building codes, trade responsibilities, and scheduling all from writing a few contracts?  He's going get buried the first day on the job.

Lol.  Fucking liar.

It takes at least a decade of field work to be hired to run a project.

ok, see when this thread first started i thought to myself 'this sounds like something posted in indeed.

and having held 2 'coordinator' positions, i can honestly tell you that 95$/year was NOT in the stars.

like...NOT at all. the second position i held as 'coordinator' was a position that the f.r. manager created JUST to

hire me.

so...once again. fuctard is full of shit. as always.

You were a construction coordinator?  You probably don't even know a king post from an anchor bolt.
