But diet.

But chicken and biscuit goodness.

But don't wanna be over 400 pounds and want the strength in my knees to stand up without having to use my hands to push out of a chair.

But delicious fried chicken breast patty on a tasty buttery flaky biscuit.

I would highly recommend that you Track your calories through some sort of fitness app And balance  that with how much exercise you do. seems like basic stuff but when you actually apply it to life you will be met with positive results. If you also exercise vigorously every other day and do at least some light cardio the days in between Those results will be expedited.  At the my heaviest, I weighed 516 pounds, then I applied those guidlines. now I am at 437. If you're really serious, I would recommend getting a Fitbit. Keep in mind I eat what I want, but I eat lesser quantities of it and balance it out with the physical activity.

I do this....I only consume 1200 calories a day....if I exercise I can consume 1600...

i typically eat what I want but it has to fall into those parameters....

and of my own choosing I don’t eat starch’s, or drink anything but hot brewed unsweetened decaf tea or water...

No chicken? Surely they served something with grilled chicken.

t, I weighed 516 pounds,

DAMN....And I'm not here to fat shame but I'm actually curious.....How does this happen?  I weighed 225 at my heaviest and I instantly put a stop to it.  I simply can't fathom going that far.  And I know you've probably had more than your share of people asking you this question so I don't expect a real answer, but I guess I'm fascinated by it.

I was heavy set in my childhood, and was vehemently in denial about my overweight status well into middle school. by the time I came toterms with my obesity, it was already out of hand.
