The day is for celebrating the workers and the workers don't get the fucking day off. I know some folks look down on retail work, but i worked for 4 and half years in a job that combined heavy physical labor with customer service. Customer service sometimes made the manual work seem easy.

The company I work for went hard as shit on labor day.. but at least they cooked us hamburgers for lunch.. two a piece.n that seemed really fucking thoughtful for the number of employees grinding and shit.. idk.
