maybe. i dont have back problems but it does make my back and neck feel good. i didnt have a bed for a few years growing up. and then on and off again throughout various tumultuous times.

i stay up later than bf so i dont hang out in the bedroom once hes gone to sleep until im ready to go to sleep. sometimes i fall asleep in my webcam room on the floor before i can get up and go to bed. and we've been having issues so ive been doing it alot lately i guesss

I spent a lot of time sleeping on floors during college breaks and for a while after graduating.

I built a small rectangle of blankets in a small 'bed' shape to sleep on though to keep from getting carpet welts. Same hard floor treatment, a couple of extra layers to soften things a bit.

I love sleeping on the floor. It's more comfortable than most mattresses.

I agree. I like to lounge on softness and do sleep on firm surface

That used to happen to me pretty frequently, until I started putting 2 fluffy comforters on the floor.

Now I have a super hard mattress.

Years ago I used to sleep on the floor, too. My most vivid memory was struggling to fall asleep and then right as I was drifting off, the car came over to me and shit and vomited all over the floor.

So theres that.

when i was pregnant, something weird would happen to the ligaments in my hips. woke up one morning, got out of bed and fell right on the floor - couldnt walk. it passed after several minutes. but i had to sleep weird to stop it so i ended up sleeping on my couch.

i still sleep on my couch. my bed is too uncomfortable. also if i sit a certain way my ligaments still get messed up and i can barely walk.

i read somewhere in a pregnancy book the ligaments relax in the pelvic region to make it easier for the baby to pass... i dunno but its extremely painful and scary.

Ive had a bedframe and mattress in my house for over a month and I've yet to set it up. It's been so long since I slept on one I'm worried I won't remember how.
