garbagepailcat Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 I just spent like 45 minutes looking at couches for a home that I don’t own (yet). That’s completely normal, right?
André Toulon Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Was the criteria early 1970s decor 1 1

I like velvet/velour couches, and the dehydrated piss yellow color is really attractive to me. My parents had a similar couch that sat in a barn for years when I was a kid, and I’ve always wanted one. 2
katt_goddess Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Other than those couches pictured giving me horrible flashbacks , there is nothing wrong with window shopping furniture. Just because you don't have the space doesn't mean you can't dream. I look at 'book porn' shelves and libraries even though I don't have the space to do any of that. But one day...

NaBarney Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 I have three couches and they're all gross
Naraku4656 Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 all you need is a John Denver record to go along with the design

Oh man, libraries. <3 I grew up with a library in our house and loved it.

1938 Packard Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Get a futon with a stuffed mattress. The longer you have it, the more comfy it gets.

I like being couch rich and prefer piss stained to colored Tho the porch one does need to be burned, nothing else would be appropriate.

I have ~21 shelves, 3 regular trunks, 2 jumbo trunks, and numerous boxes of books here so my place is a library. Unfortunately I rent so I can't get the kinds of book cases I would like and have them be mounted properly to the walls to keep from potential tipping [especially with a curious height-loving kitty] . But one day...
Still Me Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 I don’t judge...I’ve had my eye on this for a solid year

They killed so many for couches that Naugas went extinct. Or just cover the couch with durafab.
Juicy Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 You should seriously invest in a leather couch. I know some nice handcrafted Italian ones, I have one, it's great.
