Although that's not to say some threads I made back on the ASMB did way better then I thought they would.

Yes, I have. Most of them don't want to come back for some of the same reasons I just mentioned. Honestly, who can really blame them? This çommunity doesn't exactly have a fun vibe to it. Sometimes I try to do something that's fun but when you're surrounded by buzz kills and Debbie Downers, it defeats the purpose.

Yeah, I know I'm complaining right now. With this çommunity, the complaining is just as contagious as the flu epidemic. LOL!

I'm one of the biggest complainers here, and I guess typing it out can be like cathartic. You know a lot of society kinda doesn't help mental illness telling us not to complain so much, but maybe people take it too extremes here simply because they have the opportunity. Idk, I just try to think of good replies back to random threads, and the great thing about IB, or UE free-for-all, is that in can really be anything. xD

Not much of a holiday fan and I always miss all the scandls.

Thats what I mean though! Alot of us don't like the holiday, and feel isolated and usually see more activity around that time.

Exactly. Some posters only post complaint threads in multiple sub-forums across this board. Normally, I scroll down the board, browse through a few threads, then leave.

I’m almost always multitasking when I’m here. Back in the livejasmin days I’d even post while waiting in free chat for someone to take me to paid private chat. Which isn’t so different from nowadays I guess but instead of livejasmin it’s various social media to find fans who want to buy cam shows or gifts for me. 

if I’m not doing that I’m reading, writing, or playing a game and alternating between that and posting. I kinda get my ADHD urges out w/this place. When I’m doing something and my brain is like “Must... do... SOMETHING DIFFERENT” then I open uemb and post away

and if I am 100% focusing on uemb I’m usually getting high and listening to music too

i also post in the bathtub a lot 

but I hardly ever lurk. I like to post. Probably too much

Generally I think I message board behavior had changed since the '00s. 

I rarely get involved in like actual real-time posting, unless I'm directly doing something related to the site. Rather, it's either one of the tabs I have open if on my personal PC, or I check the site on my phone in little breaks here and there. 

But I think this is what the message board format is geared towards, rather than real-time activity.

I kinda have ADHD tendancies too. I can't focus on one task lately, and or just get so moody, I stop doing what I'm doing. But idk

I never thought of it like that, but I'm not the most patient person.
