I was a no call no show for 1 fucking day My schedule showed me not working sunday the 26 but today they showed me I was scheduled. I demanded my union stewardess be called and she showed up looked at the scheduled and said they are right. I demanded to see the last edit feature and it was modified sunday the 26 at 4:30pm for a 5pm shift. I'm filing a complaint and lawsuit now via the union. this was a great fucking evening super pissed 1 1

Nope not gonna happen I want the money that manager made during his 10 years with the company. 24 hour store this should hurt alot to them

Their lawyers were telling me today that there a good 90% chance that they will lose without any chance of winning unless they decide to destroy the software but that would open an entirely new can of lawsuits I don't want to know about

Talk to your union rep and see if they can find you a job someplace else, that is what they are there for. You don't want to go back to the same store because they will terminate for any even minor cause. The store doesn't want this to go to trial, so I'd expect a settlement, and fairly quick. If this manager was doing this to other employees, it can become a class action case pretty quick, so the store is going to want to limit discovery and settle. If the union can get you another job, and you get a nice settlement then I'd go that route, invest the settlement in a nice Roth IRA andmaybe buy a couple Chinese pervert games. Sorry to see this happen, but at least your union has your back on this.
