That being said, if a girl fucks a dude while she's drunk, regrets it, and then accuses him of sexual assault, it's the fault of both parties. The dude should have had more self control and the girl shouldn't have made herself so vulnerable. When I'm drunk, I can still reason and think, I just give way less of a shit because I feel like shit.
