My child won't stop screaming and crying through the night making it impossible to sleep. I visited her grave and asked for her to stop; it didn't help.

You hear your mother call you from downstairs. As you climb out of bed your mother whispers from the closet "honey, don't go down there; I heard it too".

The Promised Neverland marathon on October 31st
HardcoreHunter replied to AnimationFan14's topic in Toonami & [adult swim]
It's sad considering how little effort that would even take. Tom and SARA don't even have moving mouths so there isn't even anything to lip sync. Really just shows a lack of passion for the block. Would be really cool though if they took a page from horror hosts and gave facts about production and actors during the breaks, and read fan mail. It's a little more work, but that is what people tuned in for. It made the experience feel more personal and special and got to feel like you were a part of something. -
I think Mir's can do fine. I mostly just know them for the Boondocks and Korra. All animation Studio's can flub some episodes or scenes. Like sometimes Riley in the boondocks would go moe blob UwU mode. There could also be some elitisms going on over non Japanese studios making anime. Also Netflix has some slant against it by anime fans ever since they produced Neo Yokio. American Anime fans also have a lot of grudges ingrained especially fans who have been around since pre anime bubble days. There was a lot of effort put in by elitists in the bubble days to define anime as something different from cartoons. We all I am sure had that conversation saying "It's anime" when someone asked about those japanese cartoons we're watching. Also the fact that Netflix is now the more common entry point for casuals to start watching anime. So there seems to be some worries of the quality that is being made available and setting back mainstream acceptance as a credible medium of story telling.

I might be here for it especially since I doubt I'll be doing anything else. Probably just be sure to take a nap since I'd be hunting that morning. Going to be Halloween a Harvest/full Moon and Daylight Saving. Feels like the happenings for some spooky shit to go on. Would be great if they gave SARA an Elvira holo form and voice to host the night. Feel like something special should be done. There won't be another halloween on a Saturday till 2026. -
Sorry I wasn't aiming that at you, more just pointing out the scum issues with doing the same shit everyone else in the thread was doing including them. Just complete scum to tell someone to stfu for giving an opinion, then goal post to some other bs, and get insulted that I didn't just turn the other cheek like I have been.

Inuyasha sequel Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon
HardcoreHunter replied to HardcoreHunter's topic in Anime & Manga
A lot of people seem to be pissed about the series because their not being given answers to everything in 3 episodes. I think the series is pretty comfy so far and am interested to see how it's going to play out. Also love how Inuyasha's daughter is in a chuunin phase.- 102 replies

Red Wings fans are getting really elaborate with what animals they'll throw on the ice.

Guess I'll exclude wild game and plants I'd gather from outside. Liked cut up hotdog in eggs, Spam, bologna and ketchup sandwich, pork n beans with cut up hotdogs, ramen, Butter Noodles with salt and pepper, biscuits with gravy, canned beans, Braunschweiger with onion and mustard sometimes as a sandwich. I remember a period of eating canned salmon for a while because it was super cheap that I would fry in a pan. I actually got nostalgic for it a while back and was going to buy some and it's like fucking $8 a can now. Reminds me of how canned chicken used to be so cheep that it may as well have been free. Then Buffalo Chicken Dip became popular and it went up to $5 a can. Always sucks when your poverty foods become trendy. Though seems a lot of foods have just jacked up in price I remember 15 years ago when Roast Beef Lunch Meat was $2.99lb and now it's $10.99lb. Most Hated is Stale bread in hot milk.

All grandparents are dead now, but I do know a good bit about my ancestors. I know my great great grandfather was on city council of Pittsburgh and originated the lockjaw vaccine. Seem to have a lot of notable ancestors, which makes me wonder wtf happened there.

No it's just a fantasy.

DLR's anime just seemed so damn dry that I don't even think a faster pace could help it. The MC was just a failure of a protagonist. It's not someone you would root for, or meant to be a self insert. A fun series that gets overlooked to check out is, I Couldn't Become a Hero, So I Reluctantly Decided to Get a Job. Also goes by Yusibu for short. The MC got beaten to the punch on beating the demon lord so he gets a job at a Lawsons, and the Demon Lords daughter gets a job with him.

The manga for how not to summon a demon lord was better. The anime fucked up and was doing like half a chapter an episode to stretch the fanservice scenes. The manga isn't a gem, but the anime did it wrong.

Usually the only isekai that I don't like are the really soulless ones. Like In another world with my smart phone. The Slime one is borderline that level, but it actually has some funny moments and fan service, but I think most of the girls looked better in their monster forms before they made them full human. A lot of series do with the cellphone one did where god just makes the mc into the Avatar of that with all types of magic and buffs to their physical ability. It just gets old when 8 episodes of a 12 episode season are; MC does a thing with no effort, Holy shit MC you're fucking amazing, I'm so wet right now MC-Kun~! Like there's very little comedy or action, and it's 99% just telling the self insert how amazing they are. I probably like Konosuba the most followed by Overlord.

Man, people really seem to hate Mineta from MHA...

He was looking at Nartuo's seal, but for some reason didn't want him to know that he was examining it and used that as a cover to get Naruto to ignore him. -

The hell are you talking about? She shipped Sesshomaru with Rin, and was fine with Miroku being 18 and groping teens. Also the episode with the 11 year old isn't filler.
