So I have been working to get this person's special transportation extended all morning. I have been on hold for probably 3 hours on one phone and doing my regular work/conference calls/team meetings with google voice on my cell phone (which the company does not pay for at all). They have the nerve to curse me out on the floor because I AM NOT A NURSE AND CANNOT GIVE HEM TYLENOL ..... sir .... if I was low down .... I would say fuck it ... So ... went to this family meeting at the rehab where my step-dad has been. Basically the physical therapist said he's going to need 24 hour care. So the case manager was like ... well you can take him home and see how it goes. So ... the physical therapist was like ... it's going to be hard because it's hard for 2 grown men and it's just my mom in the house So I told my mom tell them exactly that. Those case managers are just trying to get you out ASAP so they can flip the bed. We'll see what happens I guess
