I was aware of that, and was totally cool with it. Unfortunately much like the fanfiction, the creators of Rick and Morty say that was one of their worst episodes. Neither of us did a great job on it, but the rewrite is going much better.

the one where morty uses his "pick one out of every ten adventures" card to hang out with superheroes (which was according to the episode, the continuation of a previous, unseen story) and Rick spends the whole time fucking with them.

Well... they might have wanted to get rid of the evidence when about a year later Rick and Morty did an episode centered around the same basic premise...

I don't think they took kindly to my fanfiction in which I dragged the X-men through the various worlds of [as]. That's ok though, because it wasn't very good. The rewrite is going much better.

I had a sad thought the other day while looking at a boquet of flowers i got for my girlfried: those severed plant genitalia are full of reproductive cells, but they will never be able to pass their genetic material to the next generation because the plants are already dead they just dont know it yet.

Bullshit. A grain is the wrapping around the reproductive methodology of a plant lifeform. So is a goddamn tomato. And a tomato is technically fruit but i dont think gourds are. And what about a potato? Cut one of those motherfuckers up and youll grow a tater from each bit, make some bread, you tell me a potato isnt a goddamn grain.

They are the exact same goddamn thing, and you will never be able to convince me otherwise.

Ive gotten extremely good at the acting happy thing. Im a genuinely warm individual and a joy to be around.

Ffx10 and 10 2 are like half off. So are a whole bunch of games. Bought lego worlds for the hell of it. 1998 battlezone is like $4, that game was dope back in the day.

So whenever someone introduces me to someone, i act like i already know them. Just in case i do. Most of the time it just confuses folks though, which is also fun.

Personally ive found the heroes journey makes an excellent framework. Then i usually look at weird pictures on google for inspiration, then once ive got an idea of where imma go i outline my chapters/paragraphs and just fill in detail until i have a story.

The contest entries are supposed to be anonymous so i cant really say anything, but once theyre made public im willing to bet you will be able to figure out which one i wrote.

So i gave my mom a copy of my competition story at my sisters christmas eve brunch. It went over well i would say.
