Fucking love grilling.
So far this year i did bbq chicken twice, steak twice, burgers once, regular chicken once, and fish twice.
Kebabs, oooh, gotta get some kebabs going soon here.
Weekly check on the Honeysapple-
Went mostly dry at 9% or so, added 3 more pounds of honey.
I hope that's enough, I've got additional maple syrup to add but I was hoping to get up to my yeast tolerance to just use the syrup as flavoring.
I like to finish around a 1.2 specific gravity, that's about the exact right sweetness in my opinion.
I gifted a bottle of the Peach Mellowmellon to my friend at work who also brews, he gave it a sip on his lunch break, and he said it was the best mead he's ever tasted.
@wacky1980 i should ship you a bottle, im very proud.
My boss got threatened by some legitimate, actual nazis the other day at work.
They accused her of stealing their nazi paraphernalia.
They called the cops on her, and when the officer showed up he talked to them and didn't even acknowledge her.
The cop said "Yeah she probably stole them but if there's no evidence there's nothing we can do."
The next day they beeped at her in the parking lot as she was leaving work.
When i was 16 maybe we found a cat on the roof of our shed.
Dad hated cats so we never had one growing up, but my sister convinced him to let her keep it in the garage.
Well pretty soon it was in the house.
He's back outside now i guess because he's taken to pooping in the living room, but he mostly just sleeps on top of dad's tractor.
Then when the wife and i started dating i met her cat, who is our cat now.
She's a pretty cool cat.
But is 8 almost 10?
Like, if somebody is 8 minutes late, are they almost 10 minutes late?
Is it that 5% between 75-80 where we draw the line?
As far as where this is headed, I was pooping this morning and this is what popped into my head.
Figured I'd ask about it here, get some opinions.
