Ok, here's something I have an issue with; I feel like there's an inherent goalpost-moving when it comes to the idea of atheists and beliefs.
The atheist position is the nonbelief of a generally anthropomorphic being or beings whom both created and observe our planet and especially us; judging our every action with their all knowing eyes. That'd be your various Yawehs, Jehovas, Allahs, Zueases, An, Enlil, Ninhursag....
Yeah those guys all probably don't exist. I mean, I can't prove that they don't so I can't say for certain, but personally I'm on the disbelieving side of the equation.
Then you have the "Well what about everything?" argument. "I mean, what if we're all part of this giant blob thing made of all reality, and that thing is god, man?" To which I reply, while taking the bong from you: "We are... man."
