except that whole not telling her crew the pointlessly secret plan. and staying behind to pilot a ship that's going in a straight line in space. and not just engaging the autopilot (since empire makes it clear that autopilot is a thing that exists in starwars as luke mentions it to r2 en route to degobah) and not using said autopilot to set up a pilotless kamikazi attack as her initial plan instead of the stupid one that she came up with that got her killed. but yeah, other than that, her leadership was stellar.
