Yeah definitely get as much stuff done as possible. The bank stuff is what killed us. We told them we only had so much time on our lease left where we were and that if they could garentee all there paperwork would be done in time then we'll let our lease go and buy the house. It fucking took them a month after when they said it was be.... Since I have no family close by and still have to get to work we had to pay for a hotel on top of everything else for a month.
