That Athlon is a pretty low end processor. At least for today's standards, anyway. An SSD doesn't make any difference except for load times. In other words, once the game is loaded, you won't notice a difference. I have no idea what your graphics card is so I have no input for that. 8 gigs of RAM is alright but I always recommend at least 16 gigs just to be on the safe side. Given what I you gave us to work with, I wouldn't count on that for high end gaming.

There's an easy way to check up on a few of those things. You can also just type in system information into your start menu.
