Is there a way professional adults do this?
RainyDayJizz#35 replied to RainyDayJizz#35's topic in Free-For-All
It's good for people looking to fill positions immediately but you do need to scour through a lot of garbage and filters only help so much. So Indeed and Careerbuilder... I figured I would have to join something. I need to update my resume too, ugh. I miss want ads. -
Realized this...20 and 30 year olds today

I remember by the time I could buy porn I could get it from the internet. -
I need a new job and looking at craigslist for 20 minutes is already irritating me. Is there a grown person with skills method of looking for jobs I don't know about because I mostly don't interact with people besides casually?

Cindy Crawford? Didn't they coin the term supermodel for her?

I think it's funny how she seems bored at the beginning of this carpool karaoke thing but she gets into it by the end. This thing.

Lol, she thinks this is a real job. This is what I took because I can't conform to whatever job interview speak is. I have a lot of trouble getting jobs. It is about time to go though, because I should be good to get a real job now. If I wait like... fuck, 9 months, I can put a new title on my resume which would help a lot in all the demands I'm going to have going into the next job. I'm not giving up benefits now that I have them. I just know what's going on there because I try to know my work area and I'm aware of earth. I know exactly what problems the software engineers are running into in the broadest sense. I don't know them specifically, but I know this company and I know what they want from people. Hopefully for our in house software engineer they accept his report that simply duplicating the previous operating instructions isn't going to work because he's working with a different set of systems and is almost starting from scratch again. He has a vague map with holes and pieces torn off and people that don't understand what's happening keep asking why it isn't happening faster. -
We have actually had a schmoopy for some time now but I don't think I can be ashamed of it because I find it funny. We say it less, but it hangs in the air like garlic bread.

It's just funny because we had a contracted software engineer come in and dick around with a system for two months and no visible progress, and I think it took another year after that before it was finally running, but not properly. It still doesn't run well. And now the in-house software engineer is trying to do the same thing on a different system. People seem to expect a lot of software engineers, even being able to rewrite some shit that runs on Windows NT. -
Psst, he posts here sometimes.

I'd rather be mean outright than hide what I think about shit. I watched two girls compete in snide sarcasm once and I laughed in their faces and asked if this was a real conversation. I would rather be around two dudes being mean to each other cause there's nothing passive about two guys mad at each other.

Straight Ds nuts. Hopefully this makes you feel better about your post.

But also my mom.

Know who else went to college?

I don't even bother looking at a lot of threads or posts so I miss what sort of fools people decide to be pretty regularly.
-
I wondered why threads have been viewed by this account today, figured it was you.

And the dumpster fire is such a lackluster prize. Who wants it badly enough to spam for it? Viper? -
That cat clearly hasn't been trained to attack the dog properly, since it would be on the floor where it belongs.

I'd say Hilda and Wolfwood are generally good, they just have their own moral code in certain aspects. They'll threaten innocent life but they won't take it. They seem like those vendetta type characters, they're experienced and seem to have a motivation left to be imagined. I can't remember Wolfwood's goal beyond saving children, but Hilda definitely had it out for the Kei pirates. I think there was even a point Gene asked and she said, "They took something from me," looking sadly or in a sad way. It was a way that made me feel like it was a person taken from her. Maybe it's that trope where Gene reminded her of who she lost? Cause she really had no reason to take Gene along, she could have called someone she trusted after retrieving Melfina. I really like Outlaw Star. Even the fan service episode is good.
