I had the pass for months because i stopped doing the raids (lost motivation for interacting with strangers, plus it got cold), and then the other day i thought I could solo a level three alakazam (I couldn't) but never got a free pass again after spinning gyms.

did they change how you get raid passes? i blew mine and then the gym didn't give me another

I want to rework the ranks but it's needlessly tedious and I'm really busy, so because it is a comparatively low priority on the totem pole I've been pushing it off and doing other things instead

Sponges has a custom rank from before I became admin. Custom ranks require individually setting up permissions from default, and I never changed his. For anyone looking for a custom rank, this is why I haven't done anything with them yet.
