ANYWAYS Last time, Shigaraki flashed back to the time he killed his family. But the question is, did they deserve it? His dad, definitely. The rest of the family... eh, not so much.

I never really thought of MHA as a sci-fi show, but whatever.

Seeing how two threads were just made, I'm gonna take that as meaning, "yes it would be too bloated".

Considering I was protesting against the decision to have a Fena marathon after how hard the finale shit the bed to begin with, it's no surprise. Kei: I’m the only serious character in this show. That’s the joke. [Battle ensues, most of the Goblin Knights are taken out.] Fena: Oh, god, everyone’s been defeated! Mary: Hilariously derailing one-liner! Yukimaru: Abel’s here. O’Malley: Abel’s here!? Abel: Wave motion cannon, fire! [Abel fires his wave motion cannon at the O’Malley Pirates’ ship, causing it to explode.] O’Malley: Abel, why!? Abel: Because I’m a simp. [Yukimaru and Abel engage in battle again.] Yukimaru: Bankai! Abel: Ban-what? [Yukimaru stabs Abel in the crotch. Every male in the vicinity except for Yukimaru reacts accordingly.] Abel: Oh no, I’m not a simp! [Abel looks up to see Yukimaru making out with Fena.] Abel: Oh no! He’s a simp! [eyes start glowing red] Sharingan! Sasuke: The fuck? Charlotte: And we actually survived. Or did we? [Cue dramatic music.] [Fena ED theme plays. As it does, the scene cuts to Team Satomi watching the episode on a TV screen, all with expressions of disbelief.] Takeshi: This has how many viewers!?

And Yet the Town Moves 5

I won't hesitate to say that I cringed reading the staff and cast raving about how awesome the show was post-finale on Twitter. I mean, if they had fun on it, good for them, but still... I'm still a little iffy on Blade Runner living up to its potential, but the trailer looks good, and I'm fully accustomed to Sola Digital Arts' CG animation after Ultraman and the new GITS anime, so consider my expectations hopeful but much more tempered than they were with Fena.

The sub errors, I've seen enough of to deal with. The sub size, on the other hand... Yeesh, that's a huge typeface. Life Lessons with Uramichi-Oniisan 7 (dub)

Irina: The Vampire Cosmonaut 4

So... yeah, this series. Normally I don't knock a show for wasted potential, but god damn did they waste it here or what? Easily one of the weakest I.G anime I've ever seen. So weak, I think I'm gonna watch the B: The Beginning sequel that was so maligned out of protest on its marathon night. That's right, I'm breaking my "no binging Netflix anime" rule just to demonstrate how much I'm disappointed in Fena for not making good on the promises it implied it would keep. Though again, I'm glad I was right that at least some of the O'Malley Pirates made it out of that ship explosion. Feels so good to be 3/8 venerated, even if it's a drop in the bucket compared to everything else. And on that note, I think I'm gonna turn in for the evening. I've got the Batman movies set to DVR - though given whatever fucked my ability to watch stuff in HD over the past week, I'm fully expecting them to look like 540p ass instead of the crisp 1080p I was promised with my new TV - so they'll be watched eventually.
