I think this and the Overwatch tie-in were originally planned for tie-ins to the live-action show, but after that crashed and burned, both were put in cold storage for a while.

It is basically a toy chest with a lot of different toys. Funny enough, both Marvel and DC made Fortnite crossover comics, but only DC’s played with the crossover bit. If your comic lets you have Batman fight Snake-Eyes from G.I. Joe, you hop right on that.

At this point I’m more convinced Toonami as a block is winding down, and that they hope to gracefully sign off by year’s end, with the occasional action based original folded into Adult Swim proper. Without a Mike Lazzo telling the original creators to bring the funny or fuck off back to the darkest corners of Kickstarter, there’s still plenty of original creators who will make action and drama shows.

Does my bench press count if it was done on a functional trainer and not the old fashioned bench and barbell? I mean it was solid weight, 320lbs, and I feel it, but it’s probably easier than the barbell bench.

I get WHY DeMarco and friends hated the show, and the breakup video was hilarious, but I still don’t think it was as bad as its reputation was. What would be hilarious is if it got replaced with Ronin Warriors. Did they ever dub the OVA’s?

While no one is really bullish on the music channel airing TNA to have a successful anime block (and apparently canceling New Japan Pro Wrestling coverage to air it), it is once again a prime example of DeMarco ain’t having no damn money. He can’t snap his fingers and suddenly this appears -

One could argue DeMarco had to make more original materials, but the quality of such has been a complete disaster.

I'm honestly curious if DeMarco seemingly burned these bridges, or if it's a case of Crunchyroll not wanting to work with their former owners for whatever reason.
