i don't know if i'm depressed (probably because this house and this old man are driving me crazy) or stressed (because trying to get loan causes ulcers and sharp stabbing eyeball pains) or worried (because i am taking care of 2 families) *edit from hours ago. i think i'm going to back out of this building purchase, the rules keep changing, or i keep getting info trickling in, instead of just 'hey, do this' also, i need about half of what i'm asking for the loan, which...i just don't have. maybe in 6-12 months i can take a look see, or...i'm just feeling deflated, because this isn't going the way i wanted, and i've been working on it for 3 months dreaming about it for 5 years, adjusted said dream to get to this point, only to feel deflated. *sigh*
