decided to use up the almond flour before it went out of date. i started fairly easy enough on macarons....but i realized my mistake. i was going to make 2 different types. long story short...i fubared the macarons. and i won't be making those ever again. ever.

i saw the tribute to denzel washington, and i believe denzel was paying it forward 'the gap' he called it. because i think sidney poitier did something similar for him. (helping him through the industry) so it was a powerful tribute to washington. heart felt indeed. this man, chadwick boseman, will truly be missed. he really was the hero we needed. he was a king. rest in power.
