The Ecumenics Church In this time of ignorance laden fearmongering and unchristian like, circle the wagons style, xenophobia, there is an overwhelming demand for a more modern, progressive church. Time and again newer generations have felt a need for change in how they pursue their relationship with God and some of these times have resulted in the formation of a new church. The Ecumenics Church was formed in the same vain as these past churches whose creators were comprised of people from the newer generation who felt they, and Christianity as a whole, would be better served by a different focus and viewpoint. It began, unsurprisingly, as an online movement and solidified itself as a whole new Church with its message of acceptance and hope that resonated with the youth. With certain denominations holding on to older biases and refusing to change with the times and accept newer ways of viewing people’s differences, the more progressive youth rallied behind the newly formed Ecumenical Church with its acceptance of all as God’s creatures. The name, Ecumenics, comes from the term Ecumenical, because the original movement was formed by men and women who broke away from the Methodist Church, but believed very strongly in this particular principle. So much so, in fact, that upon further discussion, decided to make theological and historical study of other religions part of their churches plan to end ignorance based hate and foster a healthy respect for that which is different. The Ecumenics believe strongly that man is inherently good and though we may not all choose the same path to God, it is our duty to learn from and appreciate our differences. They believe in everyone’s personal relationship with God that is aided by guidance from the bible. They believe the bible’s teachings are not concrete and the lessons come from personal interpretation that could freely change over time. This allowance for mystery and a more personal experience with God allows the church to be flexible and ever ready for the challenging questions that time inevitably throws our way. A more flexible and ever evolving church is one that can best serve its congregants. Since the church was born online at a time when the internet has an ever expanding realm of influence, it will obviously have an established online presence. This will allow the church to reach people far and wide with its message and hold services for those who cannot make it to established local churches. The online presence will also mean that Ecumenical communities can sprout up and grow nearly anywhere, forming local churches to hold Ecumenical services and studies. A regular service at The Ecumenics Church would not involve the pomp and circumstance that one would see at more orthodox churches or the home spun wisdom style of preaching that are staples of evangelist revivals. They are smaller services that discuss a specific section of the bible or a current community issue which has the congregation’s attention. They would be led by a preacher or a community leader and would intentionally be kept small, no more than fifty people, to foster a more intimate discussion and involve more member’s viewpoints and ideas. These services would end with a prayer lead by the preacher or community leader. As with most things in the church, the services and how they are conducted will evolve and adapt to the needs of the congregation. The Church’s congregation, due to its all inclusive beliefs, would involve open minded people from all walks of life. The congregation would be made up of and accept all who are interested in worshiping and studying with the church. Our openness and honest acceptance of all will lead to a diverse group of people filling leadership roles, allowing a wide range of voices to be heard on issues the church should discuss or study. The congregation’s diverse make up will also help prevent the church from becoming tone deaf to the issues of the day. This, in turn, will help it provide understanding, advice, and peace of mind to its followers. The Church’s structure would avoid having one person at the top by employing a council of preachers to lead it. These council members would be chosen from the preachers that are running the day to day functions and services of local churches by the members of their community. These council members will serve in their positions for four year terms before mandatory replacement by the next preacher to be chosen. The council members will still perform their original duties at their respective local churches, but will meet every other month to perform council duties that cannot be performed through online correspondence. Anyone can become a preacher as long as they have demonstrated the necessary knowledge which they can gain through an apprenticeship program or by studying at schools established by the church for this very purpose. Aside from expanding understanding, love, and respect, the church will establish programs through its local chapters that will target homeless relief and aid. These programs will aim to provide food, employment options, shelter, and drug rehabilitation to the homeless and needy. These programs will be run by locals for locals in the church’s effort to bring communities closer together and put good Christian values and beliefs to work for tangible improvements to our lives. This will also provide avenues for congregants to set aside words and ideas in favor of life changing actions to express their morals and beliefs.

I've read comics where he's played the role of the good guy, but it seemed to be couched under a "one time only" type situation with spiderman... I think they created carnage to put Venom in an even better light, because Carnage is pretty straight forward with his evil...

I've been on the other side of this.....I was 18 and primarily interested in fucking older women...they weren't as interested '>.>

Yeah, Luke got laid out, but I think people put the weak chin label on him 'cause he's an ass....I mean he got knocked out by Yoel fucking Romero and Vitor when he had trt coming out his eyeballs....look at their records, who haven't those guys laid out.... Give the guy some credit, he's been in there with monsters and usually does well....his ego is his real undoing at the end of the day....that Bisping fight was the height of hubris bred retardation... In any case, barring some outside the cage fuckery, I don't see anybody beating the Reaper any time soon...that guy is a fighters fighter...he essentially defended Bisping's title for him by knocking off the guys Bisping was dodging, like Romero and Jacare...Weidman seems to have lost a step and Gastellum, though game, doesn't have the tools to hang with the top 5....

I can't believe Trump failed me...what happened to closing the boarders....
