Okay......I have to stop and say something here. First off, Nabs, shut the fuck up. Second, yes, doctors, lawyers, and cops look for certain injuries with certain types of collisions, because they are common. Just because someone doesn't have those injuries doesn't mean it didn't happen. I was almost in a T-bone collision, the car next to me (literally the lane to my right) was the one who received it, at 50 miles an hour, and came out of it with no serious injury, other than some neck pain and a seatbelt welt. Absence of injuries or the like does not immediately scream suspicious. He didn't get into a front-end collision. it was a T-bone. Which end he was on is hard to interpret. I'm assuming (from his wording) that he was the one on the receiving end of it. I don't think he has any recent pictures of it (again, looking at his postings), it sounds like it was a recent purchase, as well. It would help his case, but he's still going to get fucked by the blue wall, especially as a minority. A GOOD and HONEST judge wouldn't stand for that shit with evidence, but 99% will side with the police, even if they are the ones who fucked it up. Again, I've been on the receiving end of this, as well. Had police wrongfully kick in my door and destroy property while falsely arresting me for something I didn't so. Literal pictures, evidence, and video recordings. Judge sided with the officers, even though they were in the wrong, and I barely got an insurance payout. That whole system is fucking stupid. Third, just because an attorney is close to the courthouse doesn't make them good. In fact, the ones closes are the ones who are overworked the most, and usually have a dubious track record, at best. I don't know what fucking logic tells you that because they are close the courthouse, they are good. I want to say something like 75-85% of law offices near courthouses are public defenders, I'll have to look that up.
