It happens. I had my neighbors call the cops on me when I was recording music one time. The cop came, and played with my dog a bit, and just said.. "Yeah they were trippin' they were trying to say you had some kind of crazy party going on in here, and they said a bunch of other shit.. Just watch your volume I guess idk."

It's a pretty mellow track for eminem though. I think that's what he was going for with it. Nice bars as always I just never like his pop boy band sounding choruses. The score is OP still.. Gives the sad feels.

Damn bro I think you are looking into this too deeply maybe. Some people take their work life/ culture way too seriously. I mean YES. It's great to treat your coworkers, and company like a family, but some people really do take that shit way too far. Sounds like you might have that thing going on, but I'm never sure what the real deal is with your situation.
