An NDA is a nondisclosure agreement. They cannot legally view your submission without one. It also has the added effect of filtering out most requests. I'm not sure about the YouTube thing. All our submissions exclusively existed within each respective submission. Best to just Google that. Worse case scenario just unlist the videos.

Yep. It's not as common as the other, bigger food allergies, of course. Honestly, it's why I became a chef in the first place. I was sick of trying to figure out where and what I could eat without having a potentially life-threatening reaction. Had to get creative. I still use black pepper at work, albeit with a mask and arm gloves.
