Pretty good but not what I expected. I was thinking I would have pho to dip them in like barrila tacos but I guess just the meat was "pho infused" I got 2 hard and 2 soft but by the time I got home, the hard shells were really tough to chew, but that was my fault...sure they were crispy before. The sauce was creamy, which kinda threw me off but it was decent. I guess about a 7-10 but I'm being generous just to offset the fact that I had to reheat it. It was likely way better fresh
