I have to admit, since recently I've had a semi-regular sleep schedule, an hour can make or break the whole system. Granted, I'm still not getting anywhere near 8 hours a night, but I've found myself instead of rolling out of bed at 3am, facing the futility of trying to go back to sleep....I now see 3am and think "Omg, I can sleep for at least 3 more hours." I was really trying to figure out why I was resting so good lately, and really.....I think it's the 2 nights of graveyard....Technically, I'm still doing the insomnia shit 2 nights out of the week....But It doesn't seem so harrowing because I'm not trapped in my dark ass house, staring at my phone and computer for the entirety of the night.

I recently had this conversation with the chick that hangs around here and I say it's when the sun legit comes up.....12am is merely a semi-tangible reference when the next "week day" happens, but that's still night. I asked her has she ever asked to go to IHOP at 2am and called it an early morning breakfast....No, it's a late snack, or midnight munchies. Even 12am is called Mid"night"....Not Pre"day" (or some shit....Not really formulating thoughts right now) But the next day starts when the azure is visible.

Now, I'm just wondering.....Just sheer curiosity. If my response to this thread was "kill yourself" would that be bannable in this context. I just ask because clearly I don't have a problem with you and wouldn't assert that you should harm yourself in any way....But the first thing i thought was "kill yourself'....Not because i want you to do it, but it seemed the apt reply just because it seems like you're being lazy by asking someone else to kill you.....I got shit to do.

Well that's why I'm running the gamut of all ossible milks, because soy and almond both do nothing for me....There is a 365 milk that tastes just like milk that I posted a month or so ago...It's the best I've had and I forget what it was made of.....Matter of fact, I think it was you that said the cows on the label looked sad, but really...It could have been anyone.

I bought non-dairy banana milk yesterday to try out but when I got home, realized it was chocolate banana....WHich pissed me off, but chocolate is nowhere on the label except at the very top, around the neck in smaller print than everything else. WHich doesn't mean it's bad....But not able to use it on cereal now.

I've been in the same room while it was on, but I hear that dude's voice and instantly just find anything better to do.

Not sure where it started with me....I fly often, and worked on 30 story + roofs, and even camped in the mountains with my sister....The thing is, in none of the places have I been responsible for getting myself down. There is always an interior road not overlooking the cliffs, an elevator, or someone else landing the plane. If left to my own devices, I would have to actually concentrate while combating the fear.

Last night's dream made me realize something about myself....I'm not scared of heights....I'm scared of coming down from heights. I got stuck on a mountain somehow, and as i was trying to descend, I all of a sudden had the most crippling anxiety. Somehow along the way, i wound up in a car, and was driving down....But I was so unnerved and the car's brakes barely worked, so i finally gave up, drove off the cliff, and woke up in a panic. I'm am about 99.9% sure I have never tried to just kill myself in a dream before.
