The C.R.A.S.H. officers drop CJ off at the heart of Rolling Heights Ballas country. They draw CJ back in the game by linking him to a weapon used in a fresh cop killing. You are Carl Johnson, you are unarmed, and have just been dropped off in the middle of your rival gang’s territory.

^ This in-game photo is one of the oldest in my gallery. Had to have been taken dead on the time of release, just minutes within me playing for the very first time. I remember taking Big Smoke’s car for my own and going everywhere around Los Santos before even having a grasp of the other sides of the map. When the game warned me not to leave town early, I tried swimming away at night and cops shot me dead in the water. I’ve 100%’d more than once (pain in the ass), and even had a save just for replaying all the starter missions. Story was that entertaining from the start that I actually wanted to keep the first chapter of it close by. Never had to do that for any other game.

I wasn’t creeped out too bad by much of the episode, but Kurotani and her fucked up eye near the end was what did me in lol. They have something special with this. I heard at least one episode’s going to be 45 minutes long and that sounds like a blast already.

I’m suspecting it’ll be the former, but I’ll check it later and see.

I’ll inevitably create an alternate timeline just going back to where I need to go. I have no say in how severe the changes will be, but I can be cautious. A universe similar to this one would be fine too, I guess. I’d just be too nervous to wanna mess with multiverses completely.

I’ve fantasized about time travel for so long now, and the crummy thing is knowing future credit cards won’t work. That, and I can’t expect a whole bunch of cash to be thrown my way just because I’m from a shitty future. I could rob my broke ass self, but then I’d be creating a paradox.
