I’m not sure. I have a pretty messed up enamel so I do use whitening pronamel at night. The pronamel isn’t that strong, the charcoal does more for pictures. I always regret not taking the charcoal with me when I travel.

I actually do use it since I drink like 2 cups of coffee and tea during the day. I like how it helps a little to whiten my teeth but I’m still screwed lol
