Why are the Astros having trouble stealing signs against the Rays, it's not working anymore? They need to call Belichek and Brady to see how they got around the whole no spying on the other team thing.

Pretty sure Shaq has written about as many of his own rhymes as he's eaten slices of Papa John's pizza.

Yeah pretty sure I've never made it through a full video of his, annoying voice and takes forever to make a point. -

I pretty much just listen to music on youtube or watch sports highlights, I used to watch the anime community way back when actual reviews were still a thing, but everyone is a tryhard schiller nowadays that just dickrides whatever series is popular, Gigguk for example, that's pretty much my issue with actual content creators on youtube overall, it's just desperate e-begging, advertisement spamming, clickbait title, crowd pleasing for the large majority anyway. -
Whoever wins ALCS will win the chip this year I think, but I can't choose between the Astros and Yankees. Astros starting pitching speaks for itself, but the Yankees edge them a little bit in hitting and bullpen, Yankees 1-9 hitting is something special potentially now that they're all healthy (or at least available). When the regular season ended I was favoring Houston, now I can easily see this going to 7.

Well thought out, pretty much this. End of Evangelion is pretty much what the last two episodes of the series could've been but the core of the themes and characters mirrors those last two episodes even if the plot differs dramatically, the plot of End of Eva is just a mouthpiece to drive home the themes of struggling with depression, how it affects different people, causes them to externalize it in very different ways, ultimately finding a way to break the cycle and change perspective. In episode 25 of the original series we see Shinji in internal monologue mode about his experiences throughout the series and his emotions, he's in his own head, mirroring the version of Shinji we see in the first half of the film, he's completely shelled in. As episode 25 progresses and into episode 26 we see the other main characters in internal monologue much like Shinji's, showing that he's not the only one struggling with self esteem issues and depression, at the end of episode 26 Shinji has something of an epiphany and breaks out of his shell, choosing to (try) to not let his inner voice control him, choosing to try to move forward. This mirrors Shinji's rejection of instrumentality at the end of the film and there are also themes of an uncertain future they share. Now this part is very much open to interpretation, but I view the instrumentality project as symbolism for suicide, it occurs to Shinji he doesn't want to move forward (ep 25/first half of film) the choice of instrumentality presents itself shortly after, a return to where it all began, reverting to humanity becoming one, to an uncertain void, but no matter how you view it ultimately Shinji decides to move forward in both ends in the only reality he knows, the Congratulations scene mirroring the choice he made that resulted in the ending scene with him on what's left of Earth with Asuka.

Because of the time we didn't think about it but Napoleon really should've gone through the proper concussion protocol after taking that frozen steak to the dome. -
Kinda surprised Given is getting a movie, Noitamina shows usually don't get continuations nowadays unless they're Psycho Pass.
-
Glad to see Hi Score Girl getting some love.

More episodes but way more worth it than Soul Eater. -

Multiplication is hard. -
Fight of the year already. Possibly an all-time great. If not for the knock down Porter had a good chance of winning, I didn't think this fight would be as close as it was, credit to Shawn he's got the heart of a lion and I say that as a Spence fan.

Psycho Pass season 2 was garbage. Can't wait for more Hi Score Girl.

Now that I've watched up to ep 5 my opinion is, not great but still pretty good. Totally share OPs opinion that the series is too Digi-centric but one of the biggest problems I'm having is with Ghostface. I'm not saying the guy isn't a good actor, he might be, but he's definitely miscast as Ghostface Killah, I had to keep reminding myself it's supposed to be him. Apart from those gripes I do think the series has some positive things going for it. The direction is better than I expected it to be, I loved the whole Jah Son in GTA after he gets shot lol and some of the performances are pretty good like the guy who plays Raekwon, ODB and watching rapper Dave East trying to channel Method Man, even when its not spot on his rhymes are still pretty great.
-
I wouldn't really, but a lot of people loved it.

Yeah I'm gonna watch it tonight, I was just using it as an example or why I'm not too surprised RZA might be coming off like a limelight hog in it, I'd be surprised if I don't have a similar opinion, but I'll probably keep watching anyways because it's Wu.
-
Now I wanna watch this, RZA has always been a bit of a control freak with Wu but I give him credit for getting the group together in the beginning. I heard in the 90s he had a bunch of tapes ready for all the Wu solo acts and they got caught it a fire in his basement, but the solo acts of Wu-Tang, the lopsided releases for certain artists seems a lil shady to me. Like how is Deck one of the best lyricists ever and always puts up some of the best Wu collab verses but his solo career was such a flash in the pan compared to Ghost, Rae, Meth etc. I mean it's definitely not cus he wasn't writing.

It's probably cus of rules like must sacrifice first born on night of winter equinox.

I think he might still be the best receiver in the league, that one handed snag was ridiculous. I don't care too much for numbers, when Beckham is on top of his game he does things I don't see any other receiver doing and makes it look easy. -
We might be similar but that doesn't mean we have to shit together.

So Black Jesus is coming back without Charlie Murphy

I agree, it wasn't very good even with him and it was depressing seeing him look so frail. But hey, at least it will be better than the Jellies I guess.
