Also, you would surprised that there are over a billion people in Africa and about 15-20% of them are not religious. So you could argue that there is more God in Africa than there is in Europe or America. Just thought it interesting.

You would be surprised to know how a body can live for a period with a failed heart given the proper apparatus and procedure. But regardless of fringe cases of heart failure, you would also be surprised by the number of healthy people that die from complications of heart disease. Complications is the key word here because heart disease does not just mean a heart attack. It can also take years and years and may seemingly come at random. If you were to hit a heart with a hammer though you could cause cardiac laceration and essential bleed out in seconds or minutes without immediate treatment haha

Intermittent fasting works well for me if I need to cut weight fast. Long term it works well with discipline. I used this method extensively when I wrestled in high school and after as I got older and became a fat man at times over the years. I have never been good at diets because I like to eat what I want and I am less likely to follow a lot of rules haha but I found that a keto diet works well for cutting fat as it is designed to trick your body back into burning fats before sugars. But again, both of these methods require lots of discipline, yet I find them to be the easiest for obtaining short and long term results!

Just got back from the fam. Ate so much turkey and ham. There was brisket as well.. It was so good but I am so full and need to destroy a toilet asap! Bout to go do that and then I am going to cuddle up on the sofa with the cat and watch the rest of the ball game by my lonesome because I am a loser like that haha Honestly cannot complain though, Xmas was fun and it was not a bad day!
