  1. I wish I had the hindsight to pull this shit off, because I would have done it.
  2. I understand. Losing someone that way is terrible. It's worsened when you see it happen with your own eyes.
  3. I'm curious to know how you walked around that courtroom with those massive balls you have. In all seriousness though, it sounds tough to do something like that.
  4. I actually complained about this in one of the Rants & Editorials sticky threads last week. Someone stole my beef brisket tacos I made by hand. HR hasn't found the culprit yet, but I doused both of my tacos in hot sauce after my lunch was stolen the first time. They only took one instead of both tacos after that.
  5. I shouldn't be surprised, yet I am.
  6. @katt_goddess @scoobdog @Fortnite Guy Keanu Reeves @NaBrunswick
  7. I would so as others suggested. Deal with them, ignore them, or get the fuck out. It wouldn't be the first time I've done it for a better job. You're 34 years old? Holy shit, I need a drink.
  8. I felt like the only person on this planet that loves a messy pizza. Now I know that I am not alone.
  9. Virgo didn't fit me. Neither does being a Leo. It's all still bullshit.
  10. If we're counting physical pain and not extreme bouts of grief, I once received a blow between the legs in middle school that had me puking my guts out.
  11. I used to think that I was comfortable in my own skin. Over the last week, I realized that I was just lying to myself. I'm not. I've mostly gotten past a phase where I did nothing but criticize my appearance, the way my voice sounds, and my mannerisms. However, I still don't feel like my age (28). I feel like a kid stuck in a body that doesn't even look like the body of a true adult. This isn't helped when I'm called "kid" by people who are younger than myself, but actually look their age. This is something I'd like to shake off, but I don't know how to do that.
  12. Saw it today. I agree with most of Buddy's remarks, except Jim Carrey was the only one keeping this movie mildly interesting for me. It is true, however, that he is essentially playing himself and not Robotnik/Eggman. Otherwise, it's just something for kids to watch on a boring February weekend.
  13. I agree. Also: My dad's side of the family takes pride in their Puerto Rican heritage. They showed me how to make food when I was in my teenage years. A lesson they taught me was: Don't mess with a man or woman's food. Make your own or GTFO. I've taken that to heart since I was a kid. If someone takes my food, I don't brush it off. I'd share my tacos with the person in question, had they simply asked. Instead, they stole them.
