Durarara!! x 2 7 - 12 + 4.5 OVA Interesting twist... Oh, and that hot pot OVA episode was fun. I was about to complain there's been so many new characters being shoved into the story that it felt like they were neglecting the old ones, but it was nice to see more about how some of them met and what they were like when they were younger.

Onward 9/10 (Wow, underwhelming trailer made me decide to skip this when it came out, but it was really good.) Birds of Prey 9/10 (Also a lot better than I was thinking this would be.

Durarara!! x 2 1 - 6 So many new characters... it's makin my head spin a bit.

Brahms The Boy II 3/10 (Pretty similar to the original without the fun twist at the end, so meh.) Bloodshot 6/10 (Great visuals, but story is just a redo basically of Universal Soldier.)

Huh, cool. Glad they finally got something else new to the block. I'll skip watching it though cuz I bought the series and would rather wait till I get around to seeing it on blu-ray.

How about going in a transparent public toilet like they have now in Japan. The glass is supposed to become frosted when you enter, but what if a naughty ghost were to mess with and cause a malfunction while you were inside and suddenly everyone could see you doing your business?

Agents of Shield series finale Good send off. Story felt a bit messy, but I like to think that's just cuz they kinda said f' it all and decided to go for maximum fun with this last season as a wink and a nod to the fans. Hope this isn't the last we see of Marvel properties on the small screen for a long time.

So apparently Film Aficionado is gone. Didn't find out till too late today, but they were telling people on their Facebook page their server was going to be discontinued and that folks should export or save their collections before that happened. Sounds like they're looking to start back up on a new server eventually (though after what happened with the AS boards I take anyone promising something like that with a very large grain of salt.) So gotta say I'm kinda pissed right now. 😒 Gonna probably take me oh just about forever to recreate a listing of my collection. You'd think they could have put up a notice on the site itself, but no. Grrrrr.

I've lost count honestly of how many times over the years I've burned the bottom of pots because I forgot I had something cooking and all the water boiled away. Usually it happens when I go online and I just space out. Fortunately, I'm usually just a room away from the kitchen, and notice before anything too bad can happen.

That does sound pretty scary. That reminds me though... I was suprised when I heard on TV the other day... They had some guy on who was a shark expert and like a former elite navy diver who had been attacked and lost an arm and a leg when he got suddenly attacked by I think it was a bull shark out of nowhere. He's been studying sharks ever since and he said sharks aren't actually attracted to human blood and have no real interest in people as food. He said they're sometimes just curious and try to nibble at people to just sort of feel them out, but because people or so relatively fragile we just happen to, you know, bleed and stuff, even though they aren't actually trying to feed on us.

Oooh oooh! Was it like... this? All fanciful like and cool. I mean, a flying shark. That's pretty cool. Only thing more cool might be... a bunch of flying sharks! with missles. 😆 Or... was it ya know, like a truly scary shark dream? Something maybe like.... I don't know about you, but I gotta say, I find that pretty terrifying. Not nearly as terrifying however if it happened to be like this last one though.
