    What an HOA can do depends in large part on how the land covenants are structured and upon State law. I can't fine anyone, but I can put a lien on their property for example.

    Sample whores are pretty awful. Never been to Costco myself, but I do go to Sam's club to get meat and sometimes cheese, paper products, dishwasher pods and laundry soap. Things that I can buy in bulk that will last. Grocery snobs are the worst. Fresh food is fresh, I don't care about organic or not, just let me buy my apples and lettuce in peace without the lecture.

    You shouldn't feel bad at all. You have the right to lead a normal life free from harassment. Obviously this person is going well beyond the run of the mill being a lousy ex kind of nonsense since the Court granted the TPO. Be sure to follow up with the court and you won't have to worry about this guy. If he violates the TPO, have him busted immediately. You aren't playing games, and neither will the Court. Don't worry about the blog post either, sometimes people just need to share/vent.
