Thanks for the heads-up. I checked out a couple of his vids, he seems like a pretty straight shooter as well. It is kind of a sad statement on the current state of affairs that people have to go to YT and Patreon to get anything remotely resembling fact when it comes to news.

Diner pancakes are awesome, but since I lack a commercial flat top upon which to cook, the waffle will reign supreme.

French toast is indeed yummy, but it takes far too much time to make properly for a sudden craving.
