I remember this song being used in so many tv dramas back in the day.

Kuroko no Basket 14 Awww, there's a puppy with Kuroko's eyes, and I'm laughing after that whole restaurant scene because this now feels like a reverse harem with Kuroko at the center of it. I'm okay with that. In case anyone was wondering about why all the sudden anime binges, my back went out on me last week, so I'm stuck in bed a lot. :-\

Switched over to starting Kuroko no Basket, and I'm at the end of episode 13. Some of the side characters on the team aren't as memorable like Haikyuu's, but I'm still enjoying it.

When I finished V/H/S, I thought, "That's it? That's what all the hoopla's about?" Not only was it a fail on its 'oh so disturbing to watch' reputation, the demon girl story was the only one that felt like actual horror, and the rest was just a hot mess. I don't get how people find this scary. This movie is also why I ain't touching another found footage horror film unless friends who are pickier than I am about movies don't deem it trash.

Yowamushi Pedal 29 Maki chan and Toudou are the second best sports couple behind Yuri and Victor >. I felt so bad for that Nagano dude. He gets past Toudou for a minute and then gets easily defeated by the BURNING SPIRIT OF RIVALS! Looking forward to the battle of the aces in the next episode.

Yowamushi Pedal 6 I'm really glad that Imaizumi is turning out to be a sweet guy the way he's indulging Onoda's enthusiasm for anime.
-
Yowamushi Pedal 4 I had no idea the main character would be so frickin adorable. I just want to hug him so badly.

Oh God. This was torture song #1. Like Nab with the Cha Cha, this followed me from elementary to middle school, and the entire gym would break out in groans when we heard that song come on. At least you were given mercy and offered the chance not to participate.

I still remember how to do it because my middle school forced us to do it constantly in PE.

She doesn't look uncomfortable.

Did someone say lesbians and time period drama???

I do see a lot of love for Train to Busan, but that's something I'm putting off because I'll be way too emotionally invested in the father and daughter making it. -
I purposefully scrolled down too quickly to see what was in the pics. Anyone got a summary of what Fuggs actually showed?

In the last episode, both actresses had my equal attention. In that scene with Crawford talking about how she lost her virginity, I had the same look of horror on my face as Davis. Then I even felt bad for her because she was sabotaging herself when it comes to earning Davis's full respect by getting drunk and showing up late to set while Victor Buono put in the work and earned that respect. That episode was also a close look at how Davis's work is an obsession for her. It's why she's so good at it, but at the same time I was thinking, 'Oof honey, you should have brought your daughter into the rehearsal with Buono instead of pushing her aside.'

Clips like this are why that even without the showrunners refusing to cast an Asian lead to improve the problematic story, clips like this turned me off from giving it a chance. Not only is the setup completely unnecessary and awkward, this is the fakest ass shit I've seen since those less successful fantasy action shows during the 90's that had a budget of peanuts. There are youtube videos of people flipping over cars if they needed a reference for making that look real. I looked up the fight scenes to see if they were any better, and Jesus, they couldn't shoot or edit them properly. If Netflix didn't want to spend money on the writing or making the darn show look good visually, I don't know why they bothered.

I've seen this pop up on my Twitter feed, so I added it to my watchlist. Television has really grown this last decade, and that's part of the reason why I'm no longer happy with crumbs of lgbt presence when I can have nice things like this. -
When I was little, my dad and I used to watch the MST3K Santa Clause Conquers the Martians every time it came on tv. I want to rewatch it, but at the same time I'm afraid that it won't be as funny anymore.

Feast. It was highly recommended to me, so I let my friends convince me to watch it with them. That sucker was so much meh. It touted itself as breaking the mold horror, when it was just 'Opposite Day' trash. Those are the movies that instead of being truly creative, they just do the opposite of standard horror tropes. They did that in most of the scenes, so I predicted pretty much everything that was going to happen. Hell, the only unpredictable scene was a monster jacking off into a chick's mouth, but dumb shit like that just bores me.

But you also have to consider that a situation with all of them in the same room would be someplace like a court where only the prison guard from that scenario would have a gun. And while the father in that situation will probably be the most volatile, he'll be watched like a hawk to prevent him from attacking the murderer.

I've heard too many horror stories about owning monkeys to ever look up owning one for myself. Also, down here, exotic animal owners aren't looked upon in a friendly manner because of too many assholes who realize too late that they ain't equipped to handle them and then dump them outside.
