to be fair though, the two remaining games I have is all I need. I have a feeling I'm probably gonna be getting Pkmn Sword from a friend of mine, my birthday was the 9th, and I was talking to him on the phone and he was asking me if there were any games that came out that I thought looked interesting, I mentioned this one, and he was asking which would be better Sword or Shield, so I'm assuming he was scoping out something to get me. Problem with me getting Sword/Shield is I still need to complete FE3H, I did 2 and a half routes and still have over 50 hours left til I'm done with the game.

At this point I pretty much have Fire Emblem Three Houses and BotW. Technically I also have Pkmn let's go Eevee, only because I ended up buying that one digitally which means I'm unable to sell it on ebay. I had the new Smash Bros, as well as Mario Odyssey, Splatoon 2, and also Mario Maker 2. I sold them all except Mario Maker 2 which I was considering selling, but I'm just gonna give to my younger half-bro for christmas, my mom and them getting him a Switch.

Hopefully this is the last chapter of this three part series... But another night with no sleep at all, despite taking 2 melatonins at 2:30. I do think I might have fallen asleep but I'm not sure, it felt like I was awake the whole time but I remember checking my phone a little after 3, and the next time I checked it was 6 and it felt like that went by pretty fast, my mom said it's possible during that time it was probably a very light sleep to where I could still hear everything, that being why it went by so quick. I managed to get a couple hours of sleep earlier though, I took more melatonin around 8:30 and I think I fell asleep a little after 9, but it was a case where I kept waking up every 30 minutes or so and had to keep going back to sleep. I think I got around 3 and a half hours of sleep, waking up at least 4 times in between and having to go back to sleep. I'm really hoping today is the final day of all this bullshit. The first time this happened was the Wednesday before thanksgiving, me having my first tier interview to get hired full time at my work place, then exactly a week later on the next Wednesday I had the problem again, that being the day of my second tier interview. And now a week after that, today being tuesday where they'll be having their meeting, where they discuss various things including hirings, if things go as my boss assured me and the other two we should get hired. I'm just worried that at the very last minute I'll get dicked over again and have the rug pulled out from under me, the other 2 guys getting hired while I'm forced to wait another month, and then go through all this bullshit again with doing 2 more interviews and waiting for another meeting. Also if I don't get hired before the end of the year then I have to wait until July 1st of next year to get the big pay raise you get from getting hired, as well as my benefits.

As far as older anime goes I'll typically rewatch Inuyasha or Bleach, others I usually watch once every year or so being Steins;gate and also Code Geass. Every other year I'll rewatch Death Note.
-
for me, I'm far more likely to rewatch an anime that I've already seen before than to go out and watch a new one. I guess it's because the way my schedule is, monday through friday I do 2:30 to 11, I don't really like lying down and watching shows before work, but after work I'm usually getting caught up with other things online like youtubers I follow and also manga series that I follow, or play some games, and then before I know it it's 2am and I try to get to sleep. Then on the weekends every other weekend I go out and stay over at a buddy of mines house, and when I get back home I'm usually pretty tired. So unless I plan for watching a specific series, it's unlikely for me to decide to just watch one.

Kissanime cause I'm too much of a cheapskate. That said though, I watch very few new anime, only like 1 or 2 a year. Even with MHA season 4 I haven't started since I prefer waiting until it gets to the halfway point before binge watching it, then waiting for it to finish then power through the second half. I read the manga, so it's not like I'm missing out on the story.

dc Wonder Woman 1984 Trailer - June 5th 2020
Distinct Lunatic replied to Lytbryt's topic in Movies & Television
I loathe The Last Jedi. Comparing WW to the next DC superhero film I saw, that being Shazam, Shazam was so much better than it by a long shot.- 5 replies

dc Wonder Woman 1984 Trailer - June 5th 2020
Distinct Lunatic replied to Lytbryt's topic in Movies & Television
the first WW was done a lot better in comparison to the failed abortion that was Captain Marvel. that said though, I don't know if it was because I'm pretty damn burnt out on superhero films, but I didn't like the film at all and it bored me very much so. It legit felt like I was just sitting there, staring at a screen for 2 hours.- 5 replies

Not like I was trying to. Some told me that "you're just nervous about the interview" which might be the case on a subconscious level, but I didn't feel that way at all. It's not it's the first interview I've had with these people, technically this is my 6th hiring session I've been through. The difference though is this time I know I'm finally getting hired full time. And in case someone wants to comment on the part of me getting passed over 5 times up until now, that's how it is with union jobs, especially one that's considered a govt job. If you're not related to, or good friends with someone that carries weight, and you don't come out of the gate swinging, you're waiting 1 and a half to 3 years, getting passed over by folks that do have those connections, or came out of the gate swinging like a super soldier and get the right set of eyes on you to where they want to snatch you up so you don't go somewhere else.

I've essentially been awake since 10:30am yesterday, after my interview this morning at 10 I took some melatonin but was only able to get 2 hours of sleep with interruption in between them. I then went on to work from 2 to 11, surprisingly I was pretty wide awake in the second half of the shift despite feeling like a zombie for the first half. After I got home a little earlier I took 2 melatonin pills, and now I'm trying to fight it off for about 20 more minutes until midnight so that if all goes well I pass out immediately after lying down. Last wednesday when I had this same problem, once I finally laid down that night I slept 10 hours straight.

Coming next holiday season: The year is 2036 in a dystopian world, ruled by corporate overlords, the rich dominating the weak. The only being capable of restoring peace, freedom, justice, and security to the world is one man... Saint Nick. Watch as Saint Nick battles the rich and powerful that dominate the world, him being forced to take action after his wife was suicided by Hilary Clinton. In a last ditch effort to stop Saint Nick, the global elite and the new world order designate December 24th from 7PM to December 25th 7AM a special holiday where for 12 hours all crime, including murder is legal. Watch as Saint Nick has to fight through a world full of psychopaths and murders until he faces his arch enemy, Donald Trump as well as the entirety of the Illuminati. Coming to a theater near you. or not

For me with the placement of my room I always sleep at the foot of the bed since that gives me a better view of my TV, that's the way I've been sleeping for years. I also sleep that way cause with where the window in my room is, it's on the east side which means blinding light comes in every morning. I only switch back to the other side as my trump card metaphorically speaking. If I manage to get hired I'm hoping to buy a new house by Summer 2020, and one thing I'd like to do when I move out is buy one of those purple mattresses. I considered going for a full sized one, but the last time I looked the price difference between it and Queen was only like $100

Looks like some good came out of all this. To get hired full time at my work place there's two tier interviews, you do one then hope they move you to the 2nd one. A couple weeks back our boss said that they will be hiring 3 people with this session, and then later told me and 2 other of my guys that we're the ones he was gonna give his recommendations. I had the 2nd interview this morning, and from what I gathered the only three they moved on to the 2nd interview was the 3 they planned on, so come next Tuesday I'll officially be hired full time

I've never watched the amazing world of Gumball. Rule 34 of the mom is the most I've seen from the series.

I swear to god man, I'm so fucking tired of this shit. I had this issue last wednesday, and now exactly one week later I'm having it again. It's 7am, and I've been lying in bed for over 6 hours straight trying to sleep before finally giving up. At some point around 3 or so I thought I fell asleep but I think I just woke up very shortly after. I don't understand why in gods name this shit is happening. With last week, normally we work evenings til 11, but because of thanksgiving we were scheduled to work days, I also had an interview to get hired full time this place at 8am, and I ended up not sleeping at all. I'm still scheduled to work evenings today, but I have a second interview today at 10am, and again I couldn't sleep a single fucking bit man. And it's not like I'm stressed about the interview, I've been through 5 others at this place in the past and have never lost sleep the night before. Last time it was a case where I couldn't get comfortable at all, this time I got comfortable several times, but not one fucking time could I fall asleep. Fuck man, have I said fuck enough. The only bright side is I don't work until 2:30, so after my interview I should hopefully be able to sleep til 2.

What are the 16 numbers on your credit card, the expiration date, and the three numbers on the back.

Also as for others that don't have release dates yet, For Guardian's 3, depends largely on reviews. I skipped GotG 2 cause I heard it was a weak movie, and I eventually torrented it after it was released digitally, and the parts with Rocket and Yondu were the only worthwhile parts, everything else was disposable. For Spider-man, I'll likely see it unless Marvel does follow through with their intentions of partnering him up with Captain Marvel, in hopes that likeable Peter Parker will make plank face Brie Larson be perceived better. If they do put CM in that film I likely won't be watching it in theaters.

When it comes to phase 4, Black widow unless it gets really good reviews, I won't see in theaters. The Falcon and Winter Soldier series I'll give it a try just because I want to see how the characters went on from what happened with Steve, that said though I'm one of those that thinks Bucky should have been made Cap instead, I know it happened to Falcon in the comics, but it happened to Bucky first. The Eternals, Marvel's #MeToo #Diversity film I won't watch and won't even torrent it. Shang-chi depends on the reviews, that said though I am really pissed about them giving the Mandarin and Makluan rings story to someone that isn't Iron man, after they fucked up IM3. WandaVision I'll likely not watch, or only give one episode a try to see what they do with it. The Doctor Strange one I'll likely see in theaters. Loki, as much as I like Tom Hiddleston, depends on the reviews. What if...? their planned animated series I'll probably watch. Hawkeye I won't be watching. Thor Lesbian Love Comedy I'll give a hard pass on. Blade and Fantastic 4 I want to see but depends on the reviews.

I've never liked Scarlet... at all. She honestly just annoyed me more than anything else. I understand SW in the X-Men comics is considered very strong, but the way the MCU handled her I thought was sloppy. In the AoU movie how she's able to mentally control people, manipulate everything around her, and essentially do anything the writers want her to do when they want her to do it, and when they tried to explain their powers they went for another throwaway joke with "he's quick, she's weird." which I guess they're saying cause the writers themselves probably don't even know how to explain her power. Also I thought her role in Civil War was very weak sauce. TBH though I thought CW in itself was very weak sauce, and it depended on so many coincidences that it gave Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luther a run for his money. Especially when after everything that's happened in the movie, the thing that makes Tony realize Bucky is innocent is a random phone call he receives about a wig and make up found in a hotel room that proves that one guy was pretending to be Bucky. Back to things with Scarlet though, I still find the cause of the CW very weak sauce. Considering they were going after a bioweapon in a big city, and she accidentally caused what like 7 to 12 people to die? And then the movie goes on to break down other events, how apparently only a couple dozen people died in NY (which I consider pretty good since it was an alien invasion), and then with Sokovia where less than a hundred died in that one, which is pretty good considering it was an extinction level event. But SW doing something is considered too far. Also there's the fact that her character hasn't contributed anything at all to the films, even her attempt at destroying the mind stone was undone by Thanos, I'd have preferred if she stayed died, I'd have taken Black Widow over her.

Considering the fact that Black Widow and Hawkeye have always been my least favorite Avengers, I have no real interest in seeing a film about one of my least favorite Avengers. Just like I have no interest in watching that upcoming movie/show/whatever it is about Scarlett Witch and Vision, SW being my most hated Avenger.

George's execution of the prequels could have been much better, but they still took SW in a new direction and each film added a shit ton of lore and content to the franchise. Disney on the other hand has done nothing new with their trilogy. And considering back before the force awakens came out, how they were already talking about episodes 10-12, and how TLJ didn't do much to progress the overall story, and then they released Solo not even 4 months later, which was basically Disney testing the water to see if they can get away with putting out SW films at a rate similar to Marvel films, I do think they had no intention of ending the sequel story at ep 9, them doing some kind of cliffhanger ending, to carry things into the next episode trilogy. But the backlash from TLJ and Solo caused them to change gears, going to end the films at ep 9.
